2010/2011 MMH Enrollment & Schedule Pick Up

Wed, 8/11 - 8:30-3:00 - New Students and those with Last Name A-J  

Thurs, 8/12 - 8:30-3:00 - Last Name M-Z           .

Before students pick up their schedules, they will be required to pay a $20.00 student fee, which covers the student agenda, ID badge, school t-shirt, and lanyard.  If paying by check, please make checks payable to Mustang Mid-High.

Documentation required from each student: 

·        Two (2) current proofs of residency -- gas, electric, water, warranty deed, or mortgage/lease statement are the only accepted proofs of residency. 

·        Cut-off notices will not be accepted.  

·        The utility bills or mortgage/lease statement must be dated June, July, or August.

 Please allow approximately 45 minutes to complete this process.  Open house will be August 17, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.  We will not be passing out schedules during open house, so please make arrangements to pick schedules up according to the information shown above.

 Note - if your student owes an obligation to either middle school from last school year, this obligation must be paid (to the middle school) before he/she may pick up the schedule.
